Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us. We will honor your request for a refund made within 7 TO 10 working days of your donation.

 Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute.

By visiting www.cap-bd.org, you agree that the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Community Against Poverty – CAP.

Changes In Policy:

The Community Against Poverty – CAP reserves the right to modify, alter, delete, and update these policies whenever we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
